We look after what we built. When a process or system changes, we update the automation so it keeps running with no surprises.

Three things: how many times the process repeats in a month, how many minutes it takes each time, and how expensive a mistake is. A process run a dozen times a month almost never returns the cost of automating it. A process run daily by three people usually does. We do that arithmetic during the audit and show you the result.

No-code tools are good for simple flows and stop being enough once exceptions, retries and error handling arrive. That is when the patching starts, and nobody but the author understands it. Where a process has exceptions, we write it in Python - with tests and a log that shows what happened.
