Privacy Policy

This is a draft prepared for legal review. It carries the baseline information required by Art. 13 GDPR, but will be replaced by a lawyer-approved version before launch.

Data controller

Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to: (1) answer form enquiries and deliver requested files - Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; (2) carry out marketing if you consent to it - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; (3) meet legal obligations and pursue our legitimate interest (e.g. security, analytics) - Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.

Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to handle the enquiry or download the file.

Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to trusted service providers acting on our behalf: Resend (email delivery), HubSpot (CRM), Google Analytics and PostHog (analytics - after cookie consent). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, PUODO).
