We create the repository under your account and work in it from the first commit, so the code is yours from day one and there is no separate handover. You also get technical documentation, user documentation and a README. If you ever move the project to another team, you do not need to ask us for anything.
12 months from handover. During that time we fix bugs from our work at no charge, with no re-quote and no cap on revisions. The warranty applies whether or not you take a care plan, and it does not eat the plan's hours. It does not cover new features - we price those separately.
