# How much do automation and custom systems cost? > The price depends on the scope of the project. Prices current as of October 2026 ## We start with workshops We start every project with a free call, followed by scoping workshops. At the workshops we break the problem down: how information flows through your company today, what has to change and how we will know it worked. We give the final quote only after the workshops. - Call: 0 PLN. Up to 45 minutes. We can already give you a ballpark cost on this call. If automation will not pay off for you, you will hear that too. - Scoping workshops: 400 / 1,200 PLN per day. Automations: 400 PLN, 1 day at most. Coded systems: 1,200 PLN per day, up to 3 days. If we stay on for the build, we deduct the workshop cost from the invoice. We give the final quote only after the scoping workshops. ## Will it pay off for you? Before you look at the price, work out what the work you want to automate costs you today. Three numbers are enough: how many hours a week the team spends on the task, what one person's hour costs you and what the build will cost. 10 h a week × 50 PLN × 4 weeks = 2,000 PLN a month If automating this task costs 6,000 PLN, it pays for itself after 3 months. From month four those 2,000 PLN stay in the company, and the team works on something a machine cannot do. The numbers in the example are made up. Enter your own, and if you do not know how long a task takes, we will work it out together at the workshops. ## What a module is A module is a part of the system that works on its own and gives you a benefit straight away. We do not build the whole thing in secret for three months: we hand over a module, you start using it, and we move on to the next. Each module has its own price and its own date. ### Booking system - booking form - online payments - panel with a list of people signed up ### Handling orders from email - an assistant that reads emails and pulls out the orders - sending orders to the accounting program - automatic confirmations for the customer ### CRM for salespeople - customer database and contact history - reminders about next steps - sales report ## What the price depends on - Number of modules. The more modules, the higher the price, but you do not have to order them all at once. - Integrations. Connecting to a program with a ready interface (API) is simple. An old system with no such interface takes more work. - How much AI is inside. An assistant that answers questions from your knowledge base costs less than a system that reads documents and makes decisions by itself. - Where the data lives. A cloud solution usually comes out cheaper than a system set up on your own servers. ## How you pay For each module you pay a 15% deposit before it starts and 85% once it is delivered. So most of the money pays for something that already works. Example: a 20,000 PLN project split into 4 equal modules of 5,000 PLN. Before the first module you pay a 750 PLN deposit, and 4,250 PLN once it is delivered. ## What the price includes - Scoping workshops, deducted from the build invoice - A demo of the working result after each module - Training your team to use the system - 12 months of warranty on everything we built We describe the whole process step by step on the “How you work with us” page. ## What care after launch costs We fix defects in what we built at no extra cost for the 12 months of warranty. Ongoing care of the system comes with an SLA plan. We can also include them in the SLA plan. ### What does that come to? A website chat or mailbox assistant usually costs from a few dozen to a few hundred zloty a month, depending on the number of conversations and documents. A voice assistant costs more, because the fee is charged per minute of conversation. We estimate the exact amount at the workshops. ## Common questions ### Can we start with something small? Yes. We usually start with one module that saves time straight away. We add the rest once the first has proved itself. ### Can the price go up along the way? We change the price in the offer only when the scope changes, and we always agree it with you first. ### Can this be financed with a grant? We work with partners who help with obtaining funding.
