# How you work with us. We build with you, not for you. > You do not need to know anything about AI or programming. You know your company, we know the technology. Call Free, up to 45 minutes. You tell us about the problem you want to solve, or present your product idea (MVP). We get to grips with the subject straight away and, where we can, advise which technology to choose and give you a ballpark cost. You get an initial direction and a realistic ballpark cost before you pay anything. ## 2. Scoping workshops Paid per working day: 400 PLN for automations, 1,200 PLN for large projects. We sit down together and break the problem down: how information flows through your company today, what has to change and how we will know it worked. We come out with one clear goal that both sides understand. You get the final quote. If you decide not to continue with us, you keep the process map, the proposed technology and the data flow. You can work on them yourself or take them to another contractor. ## 3. Offer Everything in one document: the costs, exactly what we do and what you pay for, and the dates of each stage. You get the scope, schedule and price in writing. No surprises along the way. ## 4. Build We build in modules. Each module is a separate, working part of the system. You pay a 15% deposit before a module starts and the remaining 85% only once we have delivered it. After each module we show the result and collect your comments. At the end we teach your team how to use it. You get a working system, tested on your data, and a team that knows how to run it. Most of the money pays for something that already works. ## 5. Care after launch We keep two things apart. - The warranty (12 months) covers defects: if something we built does not work the way it should, we fix it at no extra cost. - The SLA plan is ongoing care of the system: we make sure it runs day to day and respond when something needs attention, within the time set in the contract. If you want to keep developing the system, you can move to a standing arrangement: access to our team for a fixed monthly fee, lower than the cost of hiring one person full time. You get certainty that it works, and people to call when you need something. ## What you always get, whatever the project - 12 months of warranty: on everything we built. - One contact person: who has known your project from the start. - Plain explanations: in simple language, so you understand every decision. ## Common questions ### How long does it take? Simple automations can take as little as a week. A coded system up to 3 months. ### How much does it cost? It depends on the scope.
